Picked this bit of kit up at car boot this afternoon. Think it’s some kind of PS2 to PC cable? Any ideas?
EDIT – Thanks to everyone on Twitter below:) I will try and put it to some use and report back ![]()
c64er – its playstation to Parallel, try to find a driver called PPJOY
Orlovsky – Yeah, that looks an awful lot like a PS/ps2 port & memory card slot to me.
_lemon – could be a memcard reader/writer / PSX pad adapter for PC – weird looking thingy
simonth – it’s probably a cable very similar to what they talk about here… http://is.gd/cDIed
BadgerSpanner – But I actually can’t think of any uses for it haha
BadgerSpanner – It’s serial to playstation controller. V close ![]()
simonth – looks like that’s exactly what it is yep about
8bit_ben – The blue end looks like it might be for a Game Boy cartridge thingy
ldnzombie – why would you buy it if you didn’t know what it does O_O

As usual there was a C64 LIVE in the studio playing SID’s as they should be heard. An extra long show this week due to the rather large amount of games to be loaded from the Brighton Commodore 64 Swag
207 mins of retro computer things ![]()

APOTSPOAB @ 839 / 2190
Last night at the aforementioned invitation from the entire hamlet of West Hampstead I popped along to the sweaty throngs of The Alice House to meet some local West Hampers. I met some amazing people, and so here they are – in a unique special edition APOTSPOAB* within an APOTSPOAB within an APOTSPOB within an APOTSPOAB-type frame
Thanks everyone for being so kind and generous with your faces and hope to see you all again soon!
Anna x

p.s. the main website for thesignedphotograph project is HERE although I am in the process of amalgamating it all into this blog to save my poor brain from duplication and/or overheating so it may continue to be chaotic-ish…
p.p.s to keep up to date with local things may I suggest the very fine blog of @WHampstead – the organiser of the #whampgather gathering
