On our travels we have met some amazingly lovely and kind people, and there is one thing that most of them have in common. They knew who Arthur Bostrom is. We didn't have to tell them.

It was always my aim that by the end of our meeting they either knew of, or do now know of him. I didn't need to worry about that. I think it is fantastic that at the Arctic Circle someone said "that's Arthur Bostrom, he's my favourite character in Allo Allo!" or in Spain (in Spanish) "ha ha Crabtree of the silly words"
