M.E. stands for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Sometimes it's diagnoised as chronic fatigue syndrome or post viral fatigue.

M.E. is a chronic illness that affects around 240,000 people in the UK. That is 1 in 250 people. Up to 25% of people with M.E. are severely affected, either house or bedbound and unable to look after themselves.

All I would love to you to do would be to have a look at one or two of the websites below, and make yourself more aware of M.E, it's symptoms, effects and treatment (if you don't already know)

Action For M.E.
Association of Young People with M.E.
25% M.E. Group
Search M.E.
The M.E. Association
The National M.E. Centre
Support ME

They are in no particular order and I will add more as we go. Cheers! That would be fabulous! Thank you x
