http://www.annablack.com/hobbitism Knowing me as you do, you know that these things happen to me. Whilst having a quiet pint yesterday with my joint favourite German chap, in the best pub in London, we were forcibly, but politely interrupted by Luke (above)
“Do’you think I’d make a good Hobbit?” he said “I’m short enough and got the accent aint I?”
I enquired if his feet were hairy enough. As these things are important to Peter Jackson.
“Don’t matter does it. They got special shoes aint they” he replied.
He was a nice chap (if a little overbearing and nottookeenonsamesexrelationshipsandpeople in a nice way – my German friends accent “we has been” was misheard as “Lesbian” and…) and he bought us a drink which was nice too. He was in a Phones4U advert a while back and used to have a ZX Spectrum +2. He did however think that the @thesignedphoto project was a bit weird, but coming from a chap who’se main drive appears to be Hobbitism I shan’t take that to heart…

Metal and chipboard (some of which has come adrift but reattached firmly with wood glue) - Mary will be pleased. ”
“John can you come spin this lettuce”

In 1987 in Issue 30 of Zzap!64 magazine a competition was run thus:

The winner of the machine was revealed in Issue 32 as Jozef Pierlejewski from Manchester.
We were wondering if the machine is still around/working? Can anyone help locate it or the winner for old times sake? It would be fascinating to know
